Our Android and iOS player applications automatically collect crash, error, and diagnostic information through software integrated into the app. This may include app version, device model and operating system, session and device identifiers, an internal user identifier, organization and music-zone identifiers, playback and connection status, and recent app interactions and technical events associated with a problem. We use this information to investigate faults, maintain playback reliability, and provide technical support.
When you submit a report using “Report a Problem,” we also collect your selected category, the message you enter, and your account email address when available. Bug and audio reports include additional diagnostic context to help us investigate the issue. These reports are processed by our error-monitoring and support service providers on our behalf. Please do not include passwords, payment information, or other sensitive information in your message.
The mobile applications register a device-specific push notification token with the platform's notification service and send that token, platform information, and related music-zone information to Jukeboxy. We use this information to deliver operational messages, including requests to wake or synchronize the player for scheduled music and playlists sent to a zone. Where enabled, these messages may also display a playback-related notification. These mobile push messages are not used for marketing.
Push delivery is handled by mobile platform notification providers on our behalf. You can manage visible notification permissions in your device settings. Notification permissions and background delivery behavior depend on your device and operating system.
